Care Plans FAQ
Starter Plan – If your website is simple (i.e. mostly informational), and requires little maintenance or updates.
Regular Plan – If your website requires minimal complex features (i.e. slideshows, events calendar, product pages) that require occasional content and styling updates.
Pro Plan – If your website requires several complex features (i.e. slideshows, events calendar, product pages) that require frequent content and styling updates.
You can upgrade or downgrade your support plan at any time. You will be billed pro-rated and your plan will take effect the day you change your plan.
You sure can! Your satisfaction is what’s most important to us. If you want to cancel your plan, contact us and we will cancel your next payment immediately.
Every plan includes daily full-site and database backups, which means you will be able to take your site and recreate it on another server. If you have email accounts with us, we will send you zip files of all of your email backups, or you can download them yourself from cPanel (web hosting control panel).
Our plans have been set up for the websites we build, but we are open to supporting your existing website. We will run an initial evaluation of your website to see if it can fit our system, and we’ll make suggestions for improvements and a fitting support plan. Support time includes content updates, SEO updates, design changes, and other site improvements.
Support time does not rollover each month. Our support plans are based on retainer agreements – every month we allocate support time slots for our clients. When requests come in, they immediately go into the queue and are taken care of.
Our support plans ensure you have time allocated to fixing any issues. While software is imperfect and can break from time to time, we maintain 99.9% server uptime. If your site goes down, we are immediately alerted and will work on getting it back up ASAP. We take proactive security measures to minimize any chances of getting hacked and perform daily full-site and database backups, so we can quickly restore your site to it’s most recent, unhacked state.
